Herb 'KingWing' Dorsey

NJ Buffalo Soldier Herb Dorsey...

Hi...

My name is Herb, aka KingWing.

I was born in 1931, in Frederick, Maryland. I got my first motorcycle in 1949, and have been riding ever since.

I have a large 'military' family - eight brothers (7 in the military and 3 retired). I served for 22 years before retiring in 1974. I had a great uncle that served in the Civil War. He held the rank of 1st Sergeant, and was a recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor.

My lovely wife, Esther, and I have two daughters, three grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Besides the NJ Buffalo Soldiers M/C, I belong to two other motorcycle clubs, the New Jersey Polar Bear M/C and the Blue Knights (New Jersey) M/C. Before becoming a member of the Buffalo Soldiers, I like many other people I was associated with, knew very little about them. I have learned so much: our club is not only a motorcycle club, it is a teaching and learning club.

Any day you want to go for a ride give me a call. I'm retired and ready to roll.

KingWing
